Chocolate Dipped Pretzels
Here is what you need:
Pretzels (I used the big sticks and the mini twists)
Melted Chocolate, I made 20 large sticks and about 2 dozen mini twist with 1.25 lbs.
Melted White Chocolate, you will only need a little bit to drizzle
Dip pretzel in chocolate. Lay on wax paper to cool. Once the chocolate has hardened drizzle with white chocolate. Let cool again. That's it.
Hint: There are a lot of methods to drizzle the chocolate, but the one I like best, that makes the least mess is to melt the chocolate inside a disposable icing bag. Just put the chocolate in the bag, place the whole thing in the microwave for 20 second intervals, kneading the chocolate inside the bag before heating again. When the chocolate is melted just snip the tip of the icing bag and drizzle. When you are done, just toss the whole mess in the garbage. How clean and tidy is that!
